Day 2 Croque 'n Roll

Today the Belgian government announced that all bars and restaurants have to close their doors, starting at midnight. It’s necessary to keep the virus from spreading but it is also very terrifying news for restaurant businesses. One of my favorite lunch places in Leuven, Croque n Roll decided to give away the perishable food. There is no short-term return on investment, but I really believe that people will stand in line once Croque ‘n Roll will open its doors again.

I love the way they build a true connection with their customer.

My question for you: What can you do now to build customer loyalty?
