Day 26 PE with Joe


Joe Wicks, also known as the Body Coach, is currently wowing the world with his free PE (physical education) classes. With millions of children out of school, he has taken it upon himself to become their PE teacher. Live from his home in London, he livestreams workouts every single weekday. Millions of kids and adults from around the world are working out while watching instructions on his Youtube Channel.


Joe told his fans that he plans to pledge all his earnings generated from the weekday activity videos to doctors, nurses and medical staff as the pandemic rages on.


He has been one of the feel-good sensations of the coronavirus lockdown. And the four of us, we just added another challenge to our list.
