Day 52 Olympia

Olympia, an employment agency from the Netherlands, is offering a free training program for temporary workers who lost their jobs. Many people on temporary employment contracts working in restaurants, taxi companies etc are losing their job, while other industries are seeing a surge in demand.

Olympia is creative to keep their workers employed. Their temporary workers can follow an online training program and learn to perform jobs for which there is currently a high demand.

Olympia has to continue to pay the salaries of the flex workers so it both benefits their workers and their own company.
