Day 80 Save our Venues


Music Venue Trust, which represents 670 independent music venues in the UK, has launched the campaign ‘Save our Venues’. These venues nurture local talent and provide a platform for artist to build their career and develop their performance skills. Many of these venues are now at risk and hopefully the campaign can save them as they play a crucial role in the development of British music.


Music fans can access live streams and to donate to their venue of choice. If a target is met, any excess revenue will go to the overall Fund to help the wider music venue community. To date over 30000 people have donated more than 2 million Pound.
