Day 89 Cartamundi


Cartamundi, a card and board games manufacturer from Belgium, has launched initiatives worldwide to help amid the pandemic.


Cartamundi USA has pivoted to producing face shields in 2 US locations and Cartamundi Ireland uses its board games factory to assemble essential medical test kits.

In France and Belgium games were donated to retirement homes and childcare centers. In Spain, the Cartamundi Group provided patients, doctors, and nurses with decks of cards for brief moments of distraction. In the UK, the Cartamundi group launched NHS Heroes Playing Cards to raise funds for the National Health Service heroes working on the frontline in the battle against COVID-19.
