Individual Program
During this one-on-one program, we will review your current USA strategy. We will uncover what goes well and what needs improvement or a turnaround.
After analysis of the essential elements of your strategy, we will have an online session during which I will give you feedback about your approach and challenge you. After time for reflection and additional data gathering, we will have a second session during which we will define priorities and next steps.
I exclusively work with customers who are open to candid feedback and have an open mind to new ideas and approaches.
